Client Contact

Firstly, we will respond to your client contact form in an attempt to better understand your needs. We will do this by email and or phone conversations to see if we are a good fit. If we feel we can provide you with quality services we will schedule an initial site visit with one of our team members. 

STEP 2

Site Assessment

If your project is within our normal area of operation we will not charge a fee for an initial site visit. During this visit, we will meet with you if you are available and get a sense of the space including sun exposure, existing conditions, initial logistical concerns, and any other site specific concerns. 

Based on the information gathered during this initial visit we make recommendations as to how to proceed. Next step options usually include moving to a design phase, or directly into an installation proposal phase. 

We can usually get you proposals for review within seven days of the initial site visit. 

STEP 3

Design Phase

If we decide to move into a design phase we will first send you a design proposal for your approval. We usually break these proposals up into phases and or areas of work
 ie. front vs back landscapes.

Included in your design proposal cost is a 2D full color plan outlining all plant choices and locations, an image board showing a collage of images referencing plant and hardscape material choices so you can see an overall vision of color schemes and textures. We also provide installation proposals at the time of the design review. You can see some sample designs on our portfolio page.

We can usually have your design and pricing ready within 3 weeks from design proposal approval. All designs are 100% unique based on your space and needs.

STEP 4

Installation Phase

Once you have approved your installation proposal, we will collect a 50% deposit of the total installation cost and get you on our installation calendar. We can usually schedule your work for completion within two months of deposit, and often much sooner depending on a number of logistical and seasonal factors. 

We strive to work straight through your project from demolition and site preparation to final clean up without breaks in work. Of course there are a number of factors which may postpone certain phases of production. 

We communicate clearly at every turn to ensure you understand each step of the process and can plan accordingly.

STEP 5

Follow-Up Phase

Your full satisfaction is our main goal, and we go above and beyond to ensure this is the end result of every project. We warranty plant material for 30 days after installation and will follow up with you often during that period with insights into how to make your new garden thrive. 

We will also be available to answer any questions or concerns long after that period.
